PROJECT.

Villa Lagenda, is strategically nestled in an exclusive enclave within Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Perai Tengah. The sprawling, 9.79-acre site is one of the last few pockets of land in the vicinity, and will house 31 bungalow and 28 semi-detached units.

LOCATION.

Located along Jalan Nangka (off Jalan Song Ban Kheng), Villa Lagenda is a convenient, 10 to 15-minute drive away from the Penang Bridge and five-minutes from the North-South Highway and Juru AutoCity. This ensures ease of access to both the old and new parts of Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth and Penang island via existing roads which are in the final stages of upgrading, including improving various amenities like schools, banking and retail, all within easy reach of residents.

DESIGN & PROPERTY STATUS.
